I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Concentrix (Lynchburg, VA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Very open and straight forward. Standard interview questions, a typing test, and an example of a call to understand finding areas in the call information system. I don't recall her name but the woman interviewing me was very nice and welcoming, very easy to talk to which helps when your someone who gets nervous during interviews.
