Interview
I recently had the opportunity to go through the interview process with Concentrix Philippines, and I wanted to share my thoughts about the experience. The process began with the online application, where I submitted my resume and answered a few initial questions about my background and qualifications. The application process was straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy to provide the necessary information. After a couple of weeks, I received an email informing me that I had been shortlisted for the next round. The communication was clear and provided details about the upcoming assessment test. The test covered various areas including language proficiency, logical reasoning, and situational judgment. While some parts were challenging, it seemed relevant to the role I had applied for.

Interview
Interviewed by hiring manager… very odd process . Received an email stating my resume was cleared. Email directed me to contact hiring manager via google chat or telegram. Said to be ready immediately. Contacted manager thinking it would be a virtual (ie on camera) interview. She responded next day at 7:34am asking if I was ready to interview. I saw the message at 11am and said no due to working other job. Finally locked in a time and waited on google chat for 30 minutes at specified time- no one showed up. Followed up with email- received response saying I needed to use a different app- but that was never discussed in previous chats. Finally got “interview”. Someone asked me a series of questions, directed me to answer quickly and finish each response with (DONE). Said I would be able to ask questions afterwards. Lots of info from person - most differed from initial email (specifically job description & payscale). Person then asked me 10 questions and requested I respond to each numerically and type (done) at end of each response. Completed task and person never responded. 4 hours later got a message through telegram. Didn’t state their name, asked if I was interested and was surprised I had already interviewed. Sent screen shots of my interview. 2 hours later I received a message asking if I was interested; my age and then directed to send a full body picture. At this time I stopped responded as it was midnight and all this seemed very suspect.
