I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Concentrix in Aug 2015
Interview
I answered every question correctly due to my technical background. The interviewer was rude. She said I had five seconds to answer each question and did not allow for me to ask any questions at the end. I answered each question within the time frame given then she released the call by saying I will forward your responses to human resources and have them contact you within two days. I had to contact them directly after seven. They told me I passed all the assessments but they will not be moving forward.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Concentrix (Louisville, KY) in Oct 2014
Interview
Applied on the company's website. Received an email to set up a pre-screening interview the next day. Pre-screening interview was from a recruiter. Asked me questions about my job history and home office area. Said that she thought I would be perfect for the job and would refer my information to the hiring manager. Hiring manager called and spoke to me for 5 minutes tops. Asked a few questions, seemed pleasant. Made a job offer.
