Concentrix Customer Service Representatives interview questions

First there is a normal HR round, where in the HR will just ask you about your self, personal questions, question about your education and job experience. Second round is a quality round, where in the quality manger will ask you some questions to check your English, grammar and your accent. Third round will be operations round, where in the operation manager will test your stability.

In a word, horrible. Multiple emails duplicated, multiple rejections emails followed by emails asking for an interview, multiple phone interviews, multiple assessments taken. The company 'changed' their interview process in the middle of my interviews apparently, so I had to begin all over again. All told, it was a month of just applying for this one position at the company.
