At first i have waited abit long bc there wasn't any german hr there so it have taken like an our and half til one came then she wellcomed me and It all went good the interviewer was kind to hear me out, she was patient we went through all parts of the interview with good spirit

They asked what customer experience specifically in call centers
Se me llamó para hacer una entrevista de 30 minutos dónde se me preguntó sobre como aprendí inglés, el sueldo que esperaba y el horario que estaba esperando, para después pasar com una mánager que me preguntó cosas como mis planes de estudios, como reaccionaria bajo presión o enojo, sobre mis hobbies, etc.

Me preguntaron varias preguntas de cómo reaccionaria en diferentes escenarios como por ejemplo si estuviera enojada o bajo presión, así como también si preguntas personales como de estudios y hobbies.
