Concentrix Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

1. Personal Interview. 2. Aptitude and Reasoning Test. 3. Communication Skill Test on Phone. 4. Ops Interview. First round was normal. Interviewer asked me all about myself. There was an aptitude test conducted in second round which was so easy. In third round, one of the authorized person had communicated with me and tested my vocabulary and English speaking skills.

Applied online, got the interview fairly quickly, hired on the spot. Interview was with recruiter and then with site manager. They weren't intimidating. They mainly asked situational question (e.g. tell me a time when, etc.)
