Concentrix Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Applied online, got the interview fairly quickly, hired on the spot. Interview was with recruiter and then with site manager. They weren't intimidating. They mainly asked situational question (e.g. tell me a time when, etc.)

At the reception they give you a job application sheet, then you wait a few minutes, the recepcionist will let you in a room to perform the job tests, it has aprox 2 hours length, then they tell you your scores, if you pass the process goes on, if not it finished; in my case i got 71 of english percentage, they told me will be contact if a spanish position is available.
