Concentrix Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Asked a few in depth questions, spoke in a quiet office, dressed very well, friendly. Overall, lasted about 10 minutes, knew I had the job before I left. The few questions asked were very easy. No surprises, no trick questions. Just dress nice and you basically have the job. Also, a resume is a MUST. They won't talk to you without one.

Describing the interview process it's starts with a phone call from human resources who do a small phone like interview over phone with first question being have you worked for the company before. Then based upon resume and online app submitted they match you up with the best program they are hiring for at that point in time. interview went well got the job same day.
