Concentrix interview questions

It was nice and easy Interview was for one hour approximately and I was asked a lot of situation based questions which I answer based on Star approach. The whole process was around the behaviour such as how I deal in certain situations and how I handle the difficult situations and customers.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
