Concentrix Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

The interview process was quite easy in my opinion. Most of the questions asked were just about myself and at one point, they did ask me what I would do in a certain situation during a call.

2 interviews, first with the recruiter, second with the team lead . First interview is general information on the position. Second interview : This interview will focus on "on the job" capability and will include both behavioral and situational questions.
