A very swift process. Applied online with CV and was contacted within a few days to discuss details of my CV and arrange interview. I was required to complete a written assessment detailing my experience and how I would apply it to the new role.
Interview was arranged at a time convenient to myself and comprised a roleplay and a face to face interview with 2 of the floor managers. Roleplay was an inbound sales call from a customer and I was provided spec sheets for 2 similar products which I would have to advise the customer on and process the sale. Face to face interview was standard interview questions and quite casual.

Interview
First online test with questions, then video online test regarding customer service situations. Another online equipment test to make sure your system is compatible. Phone interview with online access to research , all questions are technology related, operating systems, WiFi connections.
