Concentrix interview questions

Went through 3 Skype interviews for UX job at Tigerspike Dubai office. Was asked to complete a "UX Brief" assignment which I put about 7 hours of work into. The assignment was to test my innovation, understanding of users, interface creation capability and presentation skills. "The client has a requirement for a large collection of photos, to support a music festival site." We then scheduled another Skype call to review this assignment but on the call, the interviewer rushed the call by cutting it down by 30 minutes... but, worst of all, he didn't even ask about the assignment that I had put all this work into. I was the one who had to bring up the assignment myself about 10 minutes into the call, as I was wondering if he had forgotten about it. The feedback that he finally provided was unhelpful and not really based on any authoritative research. Was ultimately told that I seemed to be not the right "cultural fit" for the company, whatever that is supposed to mean.
