Concentrix Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I dont know how is the process in their interview now, probably the same? The interview before is just average, it the assessment that makes it harder to get in and be hired

The process was online. It was quite slow since I need to follow up the results through email. I finished my final interview yet someone from the company called me and said that I am not yet finished with my final interview. The staff said someone will call me yet no one did.
