Concentrix interview questions

eh interview process was very quick and very technical. There were 4 rounds of test for this, two telephonic and two face to face rounds.All the rounds were well cordinated and take care of well..the results also were given very fast and this was very helpful.

Very laid back interview. Operations Manager dressed casual, jeans & tennis shoes. Outlined rules and regulations during interview. Explained bonus and how to qualify for monthly and quarterly bonus. Was able to observe call center floor during interview.He was friendly and personable. Answered all my questions and concerns. Explained hiring process and training classes. Explained schedule and how stack ranking worked.
