Concentrix interview questions

Two skype calls, two assessments. In general easy, they just determined my language skills and communication manner. There was 'a test call' after a second interview to see how I would cope with the situation, wasn't that hard after all weven though I felt a bit confused in a first place. Also they wanted me to write two letters, in two languages.

Well I am selected via a Consultancy named as Evolution situated in Girish Park. Gave interview for the role in Customer care executive, and the process is Reliance Jio. Interview taken in four parts, Hr round, voice and accent round, Assessment and at the Final Manager round.
