it was simple and to crack the interview .It aso offers a good salary But only the bad thing is the shifts timing seniors are very cooperative and helpful

Walked in to a large, empty conference room and had a conversation with one of the managers who said that I would do fine, despite having little call center experience. I took the equivalent of a typing test with a couple of technically-related questions, submitted to a background and drug test, and accepted the offer despite the really low pay.

Interview
After completing all the application testing I was invited interview. I met with one interview and was told I would be passed on. I then attend two group sessions that spoke of the job and its responsibilities. After that I received and offer appointment and I was sent all the paperwork to complete.

The questions were general interview type questions. How to handle an upset customer? General call center, customer service questions. They also asked about availability and advised you that you would be working weekends and holidays.
