They run an english test for you in both spoken and written forms. Later they ask technical questions about basic knowledge in order to see if you are capable of providing technical support.

The lady asked me 3 questions and then offer me the position. what was my name, how long i've been in customer care and what customer care means to me. I was offer the position and started a month later

Interview
Pros- The interview process was basically simple and straightforward.
The interviewer was on time and very friendly.
We had an interactive session introducing ourselves to each other. That was an actual stress reliever and kept me in a positive mindframe.
Cons- It took almost 10 days for them to reply or send information about the outcome of the interview.
The entire interview was around 30-40 mins. The interviewer was pretty friendly with her questions and I gave my best shot I could. Followed by that was a role play which was surprisingly interesting.
