I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Concentrix (Brisbane) in Jan 2015
Interview
Arrived at the office to have the Manager tell me he had double booked himself so instead HR would undertake the interview. I felt quite frustrated but went ahead anyway, I was asked to sit in a room near where some consultants were working and was a bit shocked to hear swearing and talk of girls they had picked up with some graphic detail.
HR lady was relaxed and asked only 3 questions before offering me the position on the spot. I accepted because at the time I was in a financial crisis and desperately needed the position although I did have my concerns from the beginning of the interview. I also enquired re working days (she advised 5 days, Monday to Friday only 7.5 hour shifts, which turned out to be incorrect) and salary, which she said I would receive on my contract as the Client was setting it.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
We have a lot of customers who speak english as a secondary language. How would you communicate with them if they can't understand you.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Concentrix (Quezon City, National Capital Region) in Oct 2014
Interview
The application process itself is made up of 3 interviews. First one is the HR/recruiter, next is the supervisor then client interview. To my surprise, one of my colleagues was told upfront that her experience was irrelevant for the job. It is appalling to be able to hear such a disparaging statement come out of the mouth of a supposedly future superior.
