Conduent Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview took place in a small room with the recruiter. This was after I finished filling out the application form and after updating my online application. I was not offered a position as the interviewer claimed I was cold and standoffish. I found this to be very offensive

The interview process first include a phone time consuming screening. It seems they are looking for people that can tolerate the need for micro managment. Most people applying for the job are fresh out of high school.
