Conduent Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

All within the same day, took about 2 hours and walked out with a job at the end of it. You start by filling out a hard copy application, then go into the testing area and test your WPM and your customer service skills. Then you exit and wait for your interview, following that if you're hired they will have you stay back and fill out a metric ton of paperwork
