I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Criteo (Barcelona) in Dec 2017
Interview
The whole interview process is quite well organised and you feel more than welcome from the very beginning. All of the staff I had an opportunity to talk to were professionals.

Question 1
If you receive list with 1000 prospects what is the first thing you will do?
Hi There! Thanks for sharing your feedback. It's great to hear that you felt welcome from the very beginning, that's what we aim for! We are glad the process went smoothly and structured for you within a short timeframe. Welcome to the team!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Criteo in Dec 2017
Interview
The process had 3 stages followed by an offer. The first was one hour call with the recruiter, mostly to check about your resume and experience, present you with the position and also you had opportunity to ask questions.
After that, you scheduled another one hour call, this time with two sales team leaders. The first part was 10 minute sales role play, the second part was personality and experience check.
The final part was a video call with two managers, again first there was a sales roleplay and after that, they gave me feedback and we talked about the position and my experience and personality.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Criteo (Barcelona) in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Criteo (Barcelona (Spain)) in January 2018. There were two stages of this process (1) phone interview (2) in office interview:
(1) the first stage consisted of two parts (a) role play and (b) culture fit interview. (a) The role play was an opportunity to sell one of four products to Criteo itself. This is an oppotunity to demonstrate your Sales skills. After which you discuss the role play and how you performed. It was a good idea and I enjoyed the role play. Also, my discussion after the interview was open and helpful. (b) The Culture fit was a nice opportunity to talk about the team and see if there is a good fit for you and the company and the spesific team to which you are applying.
(2) the interview in the office was nice (and succesful). I sat down with the person with whom I did the role play, and two regional sales managers. I repeated the roleplay with them and it took 20 minutes. Afterw which we discussed the role play and how I did. For the remaining 30 minutes of the interview we just discussed the company the team, and my situation. This the a great (and the last) opportunity to see if you are a good fit for Criteo.
Bonus: After the in-office interview the recruiter to whom I was talking showe me around the office.
In sum, Criteo as a stright forward and easy to understand interveiw process. That both tests you for the role and helps you see if it is were you want to be. I have interveiwed many times and Criteo as a process that is actually quite simple and enjoyable.
