The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Criteo (Barcelona) in Oct 2017
Interview
Initial call with HR to discuss experiences, role and suitability.
The second call was split into 2 parts- 30 minutes each. The first part was a pre prepared role play (you have to choose between 3 companies to pitch) and the second part is with a different manager to discuss your background, suitability questions, how you would apply your skills and experience to the role.
3rd stage is a face to face interview with 2 managers which is a continuation from the initial role play closing the sale.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Criteo (Sydney) in Oct 2017
Interview
Extremely slow, unprofessional and off putting. I didn't even hear back after the interview which I view is disrespecting the time I have invested preparing and attending the interview.
I also found it strange when the HR rep asked me about my current salary and then when I enquired about the salary package for the role I was interviewing for, she said it is confidential and cannot disclose at this stage. Unpleasant experience overall! Perhaps disaster averted!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Criteo (Barcelona) in Jul 2017
Interview
First call to inform me about the job, to know more about me and my skills/experience.
A second call with my team leader divided in 2 parts. First, a role play and, sencond, some questions to know more about me, my profile and test my knowledge.
After this second phone-interview, I had to prepare another role play. It was a simulation of a meeting with a client. I had to prepare a presentation and go for a meeting where my main goal was to close a deal.
After this part, I got their confirmation for the job.
