I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Criteo (Barcelona) in Jul 2016
Interview
Applied for a Sales Manager position in Barcelona being a recent BA graduate. First interview was a 30 minute phone interview with a friendly person from HR who was easy to talk to. The questions variated from general questions about your professional background, skills and how this/these make you suitable for the job. Also some questions about technical terms were asked such as CTR, pay per click, etc. But the purpose of these questions was more to create awareness that you need to know these terms well in the next rounds. Passed to the second round which was the online test of which all the questions and answers can be found on glassdoor, this prepares you perfectly for the test after you know how to do all the calculations because the online test is the same only some numbers changed. Passed to the third round which was a phone interview of again about 30 minutes with a manager of the market in question and in the market's language. Questions were asked about the succes of Criteo's business model, what it's strengths are and how would you sell this product. About 4 days after this interview I was informed I had too little experience and that I could apply again when I gained more experience. Overall the interview process was quick and the people I talked to were friendly.

Interview
An HR reached out to me via LinkedIn, arranged a first call and sent me a test to check my online marketing skills. After the test there was a call with a potential supervisor and a presentation to create and present at the office. Everyone was very friendly and professional, apologized even for a 2-3 minute delay etc, so the first impression about the company was a 5 star.
