The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DataArt
Interview
First contact with a Recruiter on LinkedIn, then a presentation by HR About benefits and how to hire. Then I went to an interview with an English teacher who was terrible, she was late on the video call, they didn't open the camera, she barely introduced herself and asked me to say something about my life, after that she asked me to ask any question and asked me gave negative feedback about my English. Strange that they knew my English level was intermediate. After this English interview, they didn't give me any more feedback. It was the worst company that went through a process in the last year.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DataArt (Kiew, ) in Jan 2023
Interview
It was interesting interview. Interviewer shared some code and asked to find places to improve. During that we discussed a lot of things related to development, technologies, software architecture, patterns and anti-patterns.
