DataArt Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

It has been very good and comfortable. Interview was in several parts. In first time we are talked about my experience, in second I made a test task. And in the last part I talked with hh, about work process and conditions.

Hiring consisted of negotiation with HR manager about company and my preferences and then I sent my CV. Interview process has 4 stages. First, check English by phone which took about 30 minutes. Next technical interview with two professionals. It consisted almost of predefined questions and took 1 hour. Test assignment for 4 hours which I did home and then received detailed explanation of what was did wrong and right. Finally, tech interview with director. We spoke about my previous experience and also I was needed to solve some algorithmic problems.
