I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deel in Sep 2023
Interview
The interview process was definitely smooth. It started with my application and 2 days after that I was holding my first assesment which led to my very first contact with the hiring team. I'd say that the questions asked were the right ones in order to identify whether both parties were meant to each other. It's important to know that even though a company, a large one such as Deel always tends to seek for the best talent, meeting expectations and the human factor is key to be hired. I very much enjoyed the process and now that I'm part of the Deel's family I can only say thank you.

What can I bring to the table that makes me stand among other candidates.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deel (Ciudad de Mexico) in Sep 2022
Interview

Question 1
Que podrías aportar para mejorar los procesos? Qué has hecho en una situación de estrés para poder resolver X caso?
Thank you for your feedback and the opportunity to provide improvements based on your input. We will bring this back to our leadership and Talent Acquisition team.
First a general interview, then a second, if you pass there is a written exercise and then one final interview. First interview is generally pretty straightforward and good. It was clear and to the point, which I appreciated.
Second interview was just OK. The questions in the second interview were actually much more general or basic than in the first interview, which I'd say is actually a detriment - because the interviewer is not really getting as good of an overall look at your skills and experience. Overall, I'd say the second interview could have been better. The second interview was almost identical to the first, although it was actually less in depth, so an evaluation could probably have just been made solely based off of the first interview. In any case, it seems that Deel has a great product. Their interview process still seems to be relatively well put together, but there is some room for improvement.
