Interview
Made it to the final interview stage with a cofounder, then did a recorded video interview responding to questions from the CEO. Then I got absolute silence, even after several follow up attempts.

Interview
1st I had the screening call. It took 3 weeks to move to next stage because she needed that long to confirm the pay range (which wasn't eventually shared). 2nd stage, I receive an email asking me for availability date for a take-home assignment that would take 3 hrs to complete. I was shocked it wasn't an interview with a hiring manager, especially for a director role. Then i was shocked again to know the assignment had 3hrs completion limit from the time you receive it. The assignment was poorly designed with many mistakes in the documentation and question clarity leaving me with unnecessarily ambiguous and stressful 3 hr timed assignment. 1 week after I receive a rejection with feedback that my answer was shallow and did not include visualizations (the later is false because I did include 2 of those). I'm just glad that I didn't waste more time on this opportunity. How you treat you candidates, tells how you treat your employees.

Interview
The interview process consisted of three interviews and one technical assessment. The first call was with an HR recruiter, who was very nice and asked about my experience while answering many questions about the product. The technical interviews weren't too long, but they were very focused on the technical aspects of the frontend technologies that they use. I appreciated this type of interview because it allowed me to demonstrate my technical skills in relation to the role I was applying for. The final interview was more focused on the company culture and the way the team works
