I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deel in Apr 2023
Interview
There were 4 main steps: 1. Intro with a recruiter; 2. Tech interview with a lead designer; 3. Case study(ies) review with a lead designer and a product manager; 4. Interview with the design director. Deel did really well giving quick detailed responses after each step and providing context about the next steps. Before doing the case study review, I was given a few advises on preparation and the do's and don'ts. So, overall the process went quickly and smoothly comparing to other companies I interviewed.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deel (Kingston) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview process had to be the most comfortable I have ever undertaken. I interviewed with two of the customer support leads and they were amazing. super friendly, asked great questions, and it was clear they wanted to get to know me as a person to see if I would fit into the culture. They were super receptive and open to answering all the questions I had for them. I have worked in customer support for a long time (7+ years) and the Deep team is definitely the most friendly bunch I've had the privilege of interacting with. Overall it was a comfortable experience and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
Thank you for your review and welcome to the Deel Customer Support team! Thank you for your dedication in going through a 3+ week process. This is a very high volume role and can take time to get through the interview process with many candidates in a thoughtful way!

Interview
After applying for the role, I was contacted by the Talent Acquisition partner. We had a 30 mins interview which was basically for her to understand my current role, my expectation and my skillset. I was then scheduled for an Interview with the Director of IT. After this session, I was scheduled to meet the Information Security Architect team. After my session with the team, I was sent some research topics to defend, and then finally met with the Talent Acquisition team for a discussion of the offer. In summary, this was a very good experience and I can say, Deel is the real DEEL
