I applied online. I interviewed at Deel in Mar 2023
Interview
Applied online and interviewed with internal recruiter. Was asked to complete a take home assignment and that the hiring manager would review and get back to me. After delivering the assignment, never heard back. Pretty amateur to ask for an home assignment prior to meeting with the hiring manager.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deel in Mar 2023
Interview
During my recent interview with a company, the experience unfortunately took an unfavorable turn. The interviewer appeared disinterested and unprepared right from the start. They were late to the scheduled call and failed to greet me with basic pleasantries or introduce themselves. This immediately created a sense of discomfort and a lack of welcome. As the interview proceeded, it became evident that the interviewer was reading off a script and not fully engaged in listening to my responses. Instead, their focus seemed to be solely on moving through their predetermined questions rather than building a connection with me as a candidate. This lack of attention caused further unease and left me feeling undervalued. Despite my efforts to remain positive and answer their questions enthusiastically and honestly, the interviewer failed to create an environment conducive to open communication. They did not ask any follow-up questions or display genuine interest in my responses. In summary, the overall experience was negative and did not leave me with a favorable impression of the company or the interview process. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a positive and engaging interview experience. It is essential to feel respected and valued during an interview, and regrettably, this company fell short in that regard.
