I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deel in Nov 2022
Interview
I had a few calls with Deel discussing this position.
The first interviewer was about five minutes late and very distracted. She didn't put her camera on during the call. The role was obviously not quite as advertised and not at all what I was looking for. I said so. We had a nice enough chat about Deel and their corporate values.
I was surprised to get an email scheduling another call, since I had been pretty clear this wasn't the sort of role I was looking for. The second interviewer was also late, this time nearly ten minutes. I was about to end the call when he joined. He did have his camera on but was also very distracted. At one point he turned away to loudly berate his wife for something. I didn't want to work alongside this person.
He hadn't read my CV or had any notes from the previous call, it seemed. I basically read it to him and then ended the conversation. It was very disappointing that the interviewers were so poor. I'd been keeping an eye out for roles at Deel. On the basis of these conversations, I'll steer clear in future.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no specific interview questions, just a discussion about the role and my experience.
Overall was a disorganised process. I decided not to proceed as I was a bit disappointed with how it went - it seemed like the interviewers were not very professional.

Question 1
They inisted on having a particular number to be voiced regarding salary expectations, avoiding to name the salary range for the role.
I applied online. I interviewed at Deel (Buenos Aires) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interviewer, who had an important role in the company, was close to being nasty. She started to speak as fast as she could. She said the company was in a fast pace several times. She seems unhappy working in deel. There were many red flags for an interview. She sent me a challenge to complete within 72 hours. I turned down continuing with the process. Some minutes later, I received an email that said they would continue with other candidates.
