The interview process from initial to final is awesome and smooth. I love their energy and how they'll make you feel at ease. It feels like you're talking to a friend.

Applied through the hiring company. Deel asked to make a large home assignment before even talking to me. I made it and received a feedback one week later. There was no bugs in my solution, but they made certain comments about code style which are arguably and a matter of personal taste. The suggested fixes couldn't take more than an hour. I didn't even got a chance to explain why I implemented certain things in a certain way and I got rejected. In their feedback there was no much of details - just a one line about each thing they didn't like without explanation, looks like I had to guess their preferences without even knowing who will reviewing my code . I found it very disrespectful.
