Deel interview questions

I was first contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter asking if I was interested in the position. Then I got passed on the HR managing this position. There were 3 interviews: 1) with the customer onboarding team, for which I had to prepare two home tasks (email scenario and escalation scenario) - 45 mins. 2) with a Senior Director - 15mins, 3) Elevate team to see if our values were aligned. For this last interview I was given in advance some questions to prepare, but during the interview different questions were asked. I was a little dissappointed by this, but nothing that can't be handled in a standard interview process. Overall, it took around a month to complete the full process, and it was time-consuming as it required a lot of preparation for each interview.

Background and experience at first, Technical task about answering customers, later describe how you demonstrate consistency, handle problems and priorities, stay efficient, and go the extra mile when you identify opportunities to improve the team or the product or service being provided. Include role-play examples and explain how you align with Deel’s values.
