Spoke to someone for another role initially, was redirected as I suited this role. Very fast paced interview process. Received feedback shortly after delivering the home task. Pleasant experience overall.

Interview
I have to say that the hiring process at Deel was a very positive and efficient experience. The recruitment team was very responsive and communicated clearly throughout the process, and the interviewers were all knowledgeable and professional. One thing that stood out was how quickly the process moved from the initial application to the final offer. I appreciated the speed at which the company was able to make a decision and get me on board, as it showed that they value their candidates and are dedicated to building a solid team. Overall, I highly recommend Deel as a great workplace, and I am grateful to have had such a smooth and positive hiring experience. Thank you Deel for the opportunity to join your team!

Question 1
- Explain the React reconciliation process - Difference between PATCH and PUT REST Methods - Questions about React hooks and when to use them
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Deel (Remote) in Nov 2022
Interview
Over the LONG drawn-out many layer interview process, the company was in such a rush to fill this opening they badgered me to move up appointment times ("that's a whole week away"), meet at 6:30 am in my local time, meet on a Sunday. Then they'd cancel my appointments repeatedly, wait days to contact me, and no responses to many of my emails. They have a test which is utterly stupid but at least they send it to you only an hour before so you don't have to spent days on it.
