I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Deel in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview process was seamless. This started with a Google Meet call from the Talent Acquisition Officer, after that call the next stage was a task that was designed to test my skills in research, documentation, and correction/updates of documents. After that was a call with the EOR Onboarding Manager, and for the final stage was a call with the Director of Global Service Center. If you're successful through these stages, you'd get to schedule an Offer Call with the Talent Acquisition officer and if you accept these terms and conditions and offer, you'd get the job.

Question 1
What did I know about the company? My previous work experience and the tools I used? Roles and projects handled?
Very fast-paced. I had an intro call with HR, then a 30-minute call with the hiring manager, and then a request for a test project and a full day of meetings with stakeholders.
