Deel interview questions

Had a call from a lovely gentleman who sells the company very well and asked the normal questions. Gave my CV to the hiring manager and you are given a home task which I actually feel is the wrong time to do as you haven’t spoken to the hiring manager and my suspicions are they use your ideas. After the home task interview given. The lady who was interviewing was so unprofessional and didn’t even put her camera on. She was incredibly disrespectful about my 13 year’s experience and totally uninterested. Safe to say I didn’t get offered the job and and straight after the interview an email was sent regarding how she was. I am sure his charms have to pick up a lot after the lady that interviewed.

I had 4 interview rounds. The first impression was excellent plus all the interviewers were punctual, pleasant, and professional. The entire process took less than a month from when I sent in the application.
