Deel interview questions

1)15 min interview with external recruiter. 2) 30 min interview with Deel's TAM. 3) Tech test. Develop some features at a simple backend. They gave me the docker base image. 4) Tech test feedback. Didn't progress.

There were 4 round of interviews I went through. The third one was a take home assessment that needed to be completed. At the end of the 4th round of interviews, I was told there is one more with the CEO. The interviewer told me I would hear back by the following few days to schedule. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing, so emailed to let them know I accepted another position. Was told they are debating between two candidates, and would let me know by the end of the week. The entire process from first email to withdrawing my candidacy was nearly a month and a half, with no answer. Not very organized
