- Describe a process that you know how to do really well
I applied online. I interviewed at Deel (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Unprofessional from the beginning. Interviewers were new in their management role/to the company and it showed. Couldn't hold eye contact and seemed inconvenienced to be there. When I asked them questions about Deel they seemed challenged and annoyed. One interviewer laughed at me when I asked what the most important skills were I'd learn the first week, month, etc and he said it was "unrealistic to think I'd learn anything the first week". Seems like they're growing too fast and hiring poor talent to help scale. Emailed the recruiter after two interviews taking my name out of the hat because of how unprofessional and rude the interviewers were. The interview process would include a presentation and meeting with the CEO and others if I moved forward.
