Interview
I was recently in discussions with this company for a Tech Lead position and was surprised to learn that they exclude candidates with notice periods exceeding 30 days.
While I understand the need for timely onboarding, it's important to note that many experienced professionals, especially those in senior or mission critical roles often have contractual notice periods of more than 30 days, which is both common and legally compliant in France.
By strictly limiting the acceptable notice period, the company may inadvertently filter out highly qualified candidates who could bring significant long-term value.
Greater flexibility in this area could significantly strengthen their ability to attract top-tier talent for strategic roles.
I genuinely hope they revisit this policy to attract a wider and more experienced talent pool.

Interview
The interview process was pretty standard:
1st round: Screening with the recruiter
2nd round: Conversation with the hiring manager & a team member
3rd round: 2 mock calls, 1 inbound, 1 outbound.
4 steps, it was a clean and clear process, all done withing 2 weeks. The recruitment manager was very attentive and helpful. It was a good process to go through as a whole. Ended up getting an offer and taking the job
