Smooth process. 3 stages. There was a screening call pretty standard. Then a manager interview and a last one was a presentation with questions. A bit of lack of communication about the nature of the last task (was told there will be a role play and there wasn’t).

It was direct, organized and clear. I believe it wasn´t the regular process because I am a returning former employee, but really liked the cultural check last step addition.

Incompetent hiring manager. The recruiting team was very organized and kept proper communication. The hiring manager and team showed no competence or understanding of the industry. Definitely encouraged me to never use their product.
