After the first screening interview, I had a home assignment. After that, I had 3 more interviews, 2 with team leaders and the last one, with the Director of Customer Success

The Interview process when I joined was quick and responsive, especially on the part of the hiring manager. The expectations for each step in the interview process were also clearly set.

They sent an email to say they want to meet me. I was very excited in the beginning but the lady who was responsible for that, was easily the worst I have ever met in my whole life. Rude, not engaging, she made everything to show me she hates me from min 1 (Don't ask me why). She didn't even look at me, she was asking questions like she was talking to someone inferior than her, she was taking some notes but mostly she was pretending she was taking notes. In the middle of the interview and trying to keep my engagement and enthusiasm, I really was about to tell her, "Wow, you really are something". Silly questions, she had no idea of the role, she was only interested on my current salary (which apparently she didn't like as she was looking for someone with a low starting salary). I knew immediately that even if they would offer me the position, I had no place in this horrible place and these really non professional people. Last but not least, she mentioned that they would come back in 2 days tops, they disappeared for a good 2 weeks until giving a reply. Only remembering of this person, makes my skin crawl.
Thank you for your feedback. This is certainly a poor performance which we find unacceptable. We will learn from this situation to ensure that it does not happen again.
