Straight forward and structured. First call was with the recruiter. Followed by meeting with the manger. Then a role play and then a final meeting with the director. Felt prepped before doing into each meeting and knew what topics will be discussed.

The Deel interview process was detailed and designed to evaluate both technical experience and cultural alignment.
The recruiter reached out to discuss my background, skills, and experience and provided information about the role and the company’s culture.
After that, I had an interview with Mariana, the leader of the department I will be working in. This interview focused more deeply on my professional experience, problem-solving skills, and how I handle challenges.
The final interview was with the Legal Director.
It was clear to me that Deel places a strong emphasis on cultural alignment.
I could see that my values and work style align with Deel’s mission and its global, remote-first culture. It was also an opportunity to align expectations, clarify any questions, and discuss the next steps.
After the interviews, the recruiter contacted me with the results. I was approved, and she explained the details of the offer and the onboarding process, mentioning that I would receive everything via email.
I felt comfortable throughout all the stages and well-supported. The team was clear during every phase. Although there were a few rescheduled interviews, the recruiter handled them promptly and effectively.
