I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deel
Interview
The initial stages of the recruitment process were well-executed and professional. However, the final phase left much to be desired. After the final interview, I was repeatedly assured of receiving a definitive answer within a specific timeframe, but this didn´t happen.
It became more confusing when I received a call from HR inquiring about my salary expectations and potential start dates. This conversation led me to believe that an offer was imminent, especially when I was explicitly told I would have a final answer the following day. Unfortunately, this also didn´t happen.
After four days of silence, I followed up via email. Only then was I informed that I had not been selected for the position. The last part of the process was confusing and seemed to unnecessarily raise and then dash my hopes. It's unfortunate that an otherwise smooth experience was ruined by poor communication and unfulfilled promises at the final stage.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deel in Jun 2023
Interview
Very pleasant, the proces is very clear and fast. Several interview with different layers of collegues. All very open and kind. The questions are ok and there is time for some small talk.
I had a first round interview with the hiring manager. It's online and the hiring manager is quite easy to talk to. They are quite responsive and communicate very quickly about the outcome.
