Deel interview questions

The interview process with Deel started like any typical hiring process. I applied, and they responded with a request to schedule an appointment. When I opened their calendar app, I noticed something odd— all the time slots were already booked. I ended up reserving a spot 10 days out from the date of their email. Fast forward to the interview day: the conversation was fairly standard, and I advanced to the next round. They sent me a technical exercise to build tax calculators in .NET. I completed the task as instructed and submitted it within the 48-hour deadline. And then… nothing. No feedback, no updates—just silence. I followed up after three weeks,, but 1 week later I still haven’t received any response. It feels like a complete waste of time. If you're considering interviewing with them, proceed with caution—they may not value your time as a candidate.
