First interview was with an external recruiter who hyped up Deel whilst mentioning that they had a great compensation package.
After completing a take-home task and 2 interviews, only then was told that positions in Deel are offered to employees as "contractors".
This means that you get 0 benefits of the country you are from. Their targets are also quite hard to hit, meaning that the take home wouldn't be that great. They promise stock options in their package, but don't give it upfront (only after a probation period..? which isn't transparency imo). Not that great a "deel"
