Deloitte Sr. Consultant interview questions

This was during second year of MBA for full time position in technology consulting practice.. 2 on campus interviews.. 1) one based on resume.. may be they are making sure you are not lying on it.. make sure u know what u have written there.. 2) 30 min case interview.. then they flew me for the super day.. it started with networking night a day before.. next day morning, 1) case interview 2) behavioral interview 3) group case study (7- 8 candidates and 2-3 Deloitte people watching) in between these there was a Q&A session, presentation and a lunch.. u would be free by 4-5pm.. nice gift at the end..

Contacted by a recruiter and then phone screen for 30min. Next in-person for three 30 min interviews including a case study interview. First 2 felt like general discussion about my background and some situational questions and Deloitte fit. Last 30 min was case study interview. The case was read out to me and I have to note down. I would have done better had they given the case in a paper so that I can read and think about it for a min. Trying to grasp the important points to proceed just by listening once was very difficult and I did a very bad job of the case interview. Analysis of a situation, offering options and the thought process involved in analysis has been a part of what I do for a lot of years. Unable to do that in the case interview because of not having the case in front of me to think is very disappointing for me.
