Deloitte Sr. Consultant interview questions

I was extremely impressed with the entire process. Although it seemed pretty shallow at the time. I didn't have to field any case studies etc. I was working at IBM and was a referral. I had one phone interview with a recruiter on a Monday, one phone interview with a manager that Wednesday, 3 in person interviews the following Friday in Atlanta (they flew me there).

1 - Recruiter Fit Phone Interview 2 - Sr Manager Phone interview (Fit and Skills Assessment) 3 - On-Site Interview where you meet with the Director then two Managers (including Case Study)
