I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Discover (New Albany, OH) in Feb 2013
Interview
The Feel when you walk in the door is very welcoming. Of course, i was nervous due to it being an interview and who is not just a tad uncomfortable at in interview. The HR lady called my name (Stephanie Long) and she took me into a decent sized office and we had small talk and then worked our way into "on The Job" questions. There were a set of about 9 flash cards and she told me to separate them into 3 different categories (no right or wrong answer). She then gave me a tour of the building and it seems as though she was observing the way i interacted with other employees and how i reacted to the environment. When we went back to her office, another lady by the name of Stephany joined us and basically went over when the other Stephanie and i talked about and asked me about schedule preferences. Once that was over Ms. Stephany asked me how i would like to join the team at discover and i accepted the offer. You really just have to be yourself, let them know you are customer based and are looking for growth or Career Advancements. Smile, have a positive attitude, and dress nicely. In the back of your mind keep telling yourself "YOU GOT THIS" and relax.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Discover (New Albany, OH) in Apr 2014
Interview
The day after I applied online I received a phone call where the human resources specialist asked me a few questions to make sure I was a good fit for the job, then set up a 1-on-1 interview. I had to take a logic and math test online that was emailed to me before arriving at the interview. Discover has the easiest interview process I have ever been through. Half of it is the human resources specialist explaining to YOU about the job, and the other half is a personality test because they only want caring, bubbly, kind people working for them. If you fit in with their vision, it is a piece of cake with no effort required. If you're hired on the spot, you will have to come back to fill in tax paperwork and take a drug test at the nurses station on site.
