Phone interview, 30 minutes. This role is about creating and implementing pre-delinquent strategies before the credit company takes the collection steps. First go through resume, how do you rate your SAS and SQL skills in a scale of 1 - 10. Then 3 technical problems. It is fine and hope it helps

1. How to check the variable is unique in SAS or to find duplicates in a dataset?
2. Once you identified the duplicates, how to remove?
3. How to convert numeric value to char in SQL
4. Explain differnces in left join, right join, inner join and outer join in SQL

Interview
Basic Phone screening interview, first from recruiting project manager and then from the team. Ask some basic questions about myself and my coding skills and so on, after that we talk about the hourly rate. My advice in the rate is unacceptable for them and the number it offer is quite low actually.

Interview
The interview process started at 9AM at their campus in Riverwoods, IL. There were 4 thirty minute interviews back to back with a Project Manager, a Manager, a Sr. Manager, and an Associate. There was a lunch provided and hosted by two current lower level employees(2-5 years out of college). After this lunch was a tour and 30 minute writing sample. Heavy on behavioral questions.
