The interview process consists of 3 levels.
First: Online Assessment
-Includes logical reasoning, numerical tests, and/or personality assessments.
Often used to screen large volumes of candidates early in the process.
Second: HR Interview / Screening Call
- To assess your general background, motivation, and availability.
Third: Technical Interview / Hiring Manager Interview
- To evaluate your knowledge relevant to the role.
- You may also be asked behavioral questions using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
