I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EY in Jun 2016
Interview
Online application -- It's very easy without open questions.
Online assessment -- There were four tests. All of them are easy as long as you know the principles of doing sjt.
Tele interview -- Strengths based interview which is not very much related to their value, I suppose. I was asked about motivation, confidence, obeying the rules and attitude towards changing environment and data.
